While you're visiting the Isanti County Fair, join us at the Isanti County Historical Society for Heritage Day!  We will be celebrating our heritage with storytime at the cabin, games, and activities that have been enjoyed by residents through the years.  There will be music at the cabin, a Native Drum and Dance presentation, and demonstrations on how to loom and use a spinning wheel!

All ages event!  No registration required, but you will need to pay admission into the fair.

Special Musical Guests, Fendrick and Peck will be performing on the porch of the 1870's cabin!  Fendrick & Peck (Madeline Fendrick and Brian Peck) have put together what can only be described as a variety show of songs, poems, and stories. Their music is all harmony…exquisite lyrics and composition with a certain unbridled delight and beauty that sets them apart. Frequent instrument swapping, quirky tales of their exploits, and sudden dives into deep heart stuff will leave you bubbling at the end of a concert!

Native Drum and Dance will be presented by Joe Big Bear.

Dressing up in period-appropriate costume is encouraged, but not required!

We hope you will join us at the beautiful Mt. Morris Town Park and enjoy a full day of music and camaraderie the second Saturday in July. Our amazing volunteers are bringing a line-up of extremely talented musicians to grace the stage in the bandshell at the beautiful Mt. Morris Town Park. The annual Black Hawk Folk Music Festival will also offer talented artisans and the Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H club will sell concessions.
